All data provided by the data subject on the Website is stored on a secure server. Authorised entities shall make every effort to protect the data and personal data of data subjects.
Identity/Affiliation of the Authorised Person
Personal data of data subjects is collected through the website.
The data subject provides personal data to the Information System voluntarily, on the basis of several legal grounds: pre-contractual relations, as the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a purchase contract in which the client is one of the contracting parties. Subsequently, for existing clients, useful information is sent on the basis of legitimate interest.
Furthermore, on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data, when no other legal basis is available. The validity of consent for marketing purposes is granted by the data subject for 5 years from the date of granting consent, and the data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, in writing by registered mail to the data controller's registered office or via the data controller's email.
Processing of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes
The data controller will process the personal data of the data subject for marketing purposes and will use the data subject's email address for the purpose of sending newsletters. For existing customers, this is based on legitimate interest, and for new customers, on the legal basis of consent to data processing for a definite period of 5 years.
Form of disclosure: Personal data of data subjects is not published anywhere.
Third countries: Transfer of personal data to third countries does not take place.
Information on the Rights of the Data Subject
The data controller undertakes to handle the personal data of data subjects in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
The data controller has adopted appropriate technical, organisational, personnel and security measures and safeguards, which take into account in particular:
- the principles of personal data processing, which are lawfulness, fairness and transparency, limitation and compatibility of purposes of personal data processing, as well as minimisation of personal data, their pseudonymisation and encryption, as well as integrity, confidentiality and availability;
- the principles of necessity and proportionality of personal data processing with regard to the purpose of the processing operation;
- the nature, scope, context and purpose of the processing operation;
- the resilience and recovery of personal data processing systems;
- the training of authorised persons of the data controller;
- the adoption of measures for the immediate detection of any breach of personal data protection and prompt notification of the supervisory authority and the responsible person;
- the adoption of measures to ensure the correction or deletion of incorrect data, or the implementation of other rights of the data subject;
- risks of varying probability and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
Information on the Purpose of Processing and Retention Period of Personal Data
One of the principles of personal data processing is the principle of purpose limitation. Under this principle, personal data may only be collected for a specific, explicitly stated and legitimate purpose and may not be further processed in a manner incompatible with that purpose.
The processing of personal data should be closely linked to the purpose of personal data processing, particularly with regard to the list or scope of personal data processed, which should be necessary for the processing of such personal data to achieve the purpose.
The Personal Data Protection Act establishes the obligation of the data controller to provide the data subject with information about the purpose of personal data processing for which their personal data is intended, including in cases where personal data is not obtained directly from the data subject.
The retention period of personal data is determined by the relevant law applicable to the given document in accordance with the filing period according to the registry record. Information on Legitimate Interest for Client Marketing
Our company carries out an assessment of the proportionality of legitimate interest in the processing of personal data in relation to the interests and fundamental rights and freedoms of data subjects. This Assessment relates to the marketing information system - sending newsletters to existing clients.
We primarily process contact data, namely email and phone number. The legitimate interest of the Data Controller in processing personal data in the IS is informing the client about changes and news in the company.
The Data Controller, after thorough examination of the proportionality of legitimate interest, considers that the fundamental rights and freedoms of data subjects do not prevail over the legitimate interests of the data controller.
The Data Controller fulfils all its obligations established by EU and Member State law, has adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures, and has duly examined the proportionality of legitimate interest in relation to the rights, freedoms and reasonable expectations of data subjects.
Rights of the Data Subject

- the right to restriction of processing of personal data,
- the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them,
- the right to portability of personal data,

- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
The data subject may exercise their rights orally, in writing, or electronically, via the contact details stated above. If the data subject requests the provision of information orally, the information shall be provided after verification of their identity.
